Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Mumbai.

The Fashion

Consultant will engage directly with customers, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations aligned with their preferences and lifestyle. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding current collections, showcasing designer pieces, and guiding customers through fittings, styling options, and complete looks. The role involves maintaining strong product knowledge, delivering premium customer service, and supporting sales targets through effective client interactions.

Consultant will also help create an elevated store experience by merchandising displays, staying updated on fashion trends, and collaborating with the team on events and promotions.

Qualifications

- Strong product knowledge and familiarity with luxury fashion, Indian designers, and current trends.
- Proven experience in fashion consulting or styling, with the ability to curate complete looks and provide personalized wardrobe advice.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly articulate style recommendations.
- Customer service skills focused on building long-term client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to individual and store targets.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and an understanding of fit, fabrics, and occasion-based styling.
- Ability to work on-site in a quick-paced retail environment, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion consulting is preferred; a relevant qualification in fashion, design, or retail management is an advantage.
