Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver fashion styling training for retail/store sales teams.

- Train teams on current collections, fabrics, fits, silhouettes, trends and occasion-based styling.

- Create styling guides, lookbooks, outfit combinations and training material.

- Coach sales teams on customer-focused recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.

- Create fashion reels, short-form videos and styling content for products and trends.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams.

- Support mannequin/display styling to enhance purchase intent and customer experience.

- Identify styling opportunities to improve store conversion and basket size.

- Track effectiveness of styling initiatives and continuously improve training/content approaches.

- Leverage AI tools for styling, content creation, trend research, training material and day-to-day work processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduation / relevant qualification in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Retail or related field
