Key Responsibilities-

- Handle precast fabrication activities from design development to mould fabrication and production.

- Prepare and review 3D models and fabrication drawings for precast components using relevant design software.

- Develop 3D designs, shop drawings, and fabrication details as per project requirements.

- Design and coordinate precast moulds, formwork, and shuttering systems.

- Manage mould fabrication, ensuring proper dimensions, tolerances, alignment, and quality standards.

- Coordinate structural steel fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, assembly, and erection requirements.

- Review structural drawings and convert design requirements into practical fabrication solutions.

- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor fabrication work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Identify fabrication issues and provide suitable technical solutions and modifications.

- Prepare material requirements, fabrication schedules, and support production planning.

- Inspect fabricated moulds and structural components for dimensional accuracy and quality.





- Ensure timely completion of fabrication activities as per project schedules.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and fabrication teams wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in precast fabrication, mould fabrication, or structural fabrication.

- Strong experience in 3D modelling and design for precast / fabrication works.

- Hands-on knowledge of mould fabrication, shuttering, formwork, and structural steel fabrication.

- Good understanding of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, structural drawings, and detailing.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D design software such as Tekla / SolidWorks / Revit or similar tools.

- Robust knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, material selection, tolerances, and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
