Experience Required: 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural steel fa brication
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Engineer located in Bhilai. The Fabrication Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards,
and optimizing production efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include supervising welding operations, managing machining tasks, implementing and monitoring quality control processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on project management and execution.

- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications
- Experience with Quality Control practices and ensuring adherence to standards
- Effective Project Management skills with the ability to manage timelines and ensure process efficiency

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
