Job Requirements :
- 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and technical accounting principles.
- Proven track record in leading teams through complex projects such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, or initial public offerings (IPOs).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
