- About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales of new and used construction equipment and expand our global customer base.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute international export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Identify and develop recent international markets, customers, dealers, and business opportunities .
3. Generate leads through market research, databases, exhibitions, digital platforms, and industry networks.
4. Manage the complete export sales cycle , from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, dealers, contractors, and equipment buyers .
6. Promote and sell new and used construction equipment across international markets.
7. Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close deals.





- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, logistics, shipping, and order execution .

1. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets .
3. Maintain accurate sales records, customer pipelines, and regular sales reports.
4. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
5. Develop long-term strategies for increasing the company's global market presence and revenue .
