Role Description The Export Sales Manager – Bioplastics & Sustainable Packaging is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role is responsible for driving international sales of Biohind’s bioplastic and compostable packaging portfolio, focusing on key accounts such as distributors, retail chains, and enterprise buyers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying global leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations and export offers, and negotiating commercial terms within FOB/CIF frameworks.





The role also involves coordinating with operations and logistics teams on export documentation, custom packing, shipment planning, and compliance with international standards.

The Export Sales

Manager will monitor market trends, build long-term customer relationships, participate in trade outreach, and provide feedback to leadership on product positioning and business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong business planning and strategic sales skills; ability to build and manage growth-focused sales plans.
- Experience in export operations and international trade, including documentation, Incoterms, and logistics coordination.
- Proven sales and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in international sales and international business, preferably in packaging, polymers, or sustainable materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of global sustainability trends and familiarity with compostability and safety standards (e.g., EN 13432, ASTM D6400, ISO).
- Strong analytical and CRM skills, including pipeline management and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Jaipur and engage with international customers across time zones.
