Role Description The Export Import Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for export and import freight services, including air and sea shipments.

The executive will manage client relationships, prepare and negotiate quotations, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into long-term customers. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and documentation teams,



monitoring shipment status, and ensuring service commitments are met. The role also requires maintaining sales reports, staying updated on international trade regulations, and representing the company in meetings, calls, and client visits.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Export and International Business knowledge to understand global trade processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess Sales and International Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage accounts in overseas markets.
- Candidates should have familiarity with freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry practices.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Candidates should have the ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
