About the Role

We are looking for a Experience Executive who will visit customers at their homes and create a personalized footwear or Beauty and Hair Products trial experience.

You will help customers discover and try footwear, understand their preferences and requirements, guide them through the available options, and create a seamless, premium product experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their locations to conduct footwear or Beauty and Hair Products trial experience.
- Understand customers' preferences, requirements, usage needs and fitment.
- Help customers try and experience different product options.
- Explain product features, benefit, application and styling.
- Create a personalized and engaging customer experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of footwear categories, brands, styles, and trends.
- Capture customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.




- Manage customer appointments and travel efficiently.
- Ensure footwear samples/products are handled and maintained properly.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in footwear, fashion, Beauty retail, lifestyle retail, customer experience, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Good understanding of footwear, fit, sizing, styles, and product features.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first approach with a polished and qualified personality.
- Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and interacting with customers at their locations.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be comfortable travelling to customer locations across Delhi NCR region.

Ideal Candidate A customer-focused professional with a strong understanding of footwear or Beauty, who enjoys interacting with customers and creating memorable product experiences. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, comfortable travelling, and passionate about helping customers find the right product
