Job Overview The Executive Vice President of Technology is responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy, engineering organization, technology operations, digital innovation, and enterprise architecture. This executive role oversees the development, implementation, and optimization of technology platforms that support business growth, product innovation, operational excellence, and long-term competitiveness.

The EVP of Technology serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving enterprise-wide technology transformation while ensuring alignment between technology investments, business strategy, product development, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. This role collaborates closely with Product Management, R&D;, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy teams to accelerate innovation and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

I. Technology Strategy and Executive Leadership

Develop and execute the company's global technology strategy aligned with corporate vision and long-term business objectives.

Define enterprise technology roadmaps covering software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and digital platforms.

Provide strategic technology leadership to support business growth, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.

Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on emerging technologies, technology investments, and innovation opportunities.

II. Technology Development and Engineering Management

Lead global software engineering, systems engineering, platform development, infrastructure engineering, and technical operations teams.

Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology solutions.

Establish engineering standards, development methodologies, architecture governance, and quality assurance processes.

Promote Agile,



DevOps, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery best practices.

III. Digital Transformation and Innovation

Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives across business functions.

Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), automation, big data analytics, and emerging technologies.

Identify current technology opportunities that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Foster a culture of continuous innovation and technology excellence.

IV. Enterprise Architecture and Technology Operations

Develop enterprise architecture strategies that ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across technology ecosystems.

Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data platforms, and technology operations.

Ensure technology systems maintain high availability, reliability, performance, and business continuity.

Optimize technology governance, system integration, and infrastructure utilization.

V. Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Risk Management

Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategies and information security governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

Establish technology risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Continuously monitor cybersecurity threats and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

VI. Technology Performance and Financial Management





Develop and manage the global technology budget, capital investments, and operational expenditures.

Optimize technology investments to maximize business value and return on investment (ROI).

Establish technology performance metrics, engineering KPIs, system reliability indicators, and operational dashboards.

Drive continuous improvement in technology efficiency, productivity, and cost management.

VII. Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Management, R&D;, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Customer Support teams.

Ensure technology strategy supports product innovation, commercialization, customer success, and operational objectives.

Support mergers, acquisitions, system integrations, and global expansion initiatives.

Promote enterprise-wide collaboration to accelerate innovation and strategic execution.

VIII. Leadership and Organizational Development

Build and lead a world-class global technology organization.

Develop leadership capabilities, succession planning, and technical talent development programs.

Establish engineering excellence, technology governance, and organizational best practices.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Education Background

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Work Experience

Typically 18+ years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering, information technology, systems architecture, or digital transformation, including 10+ years in executive management positions.

Proven track record of leading large-scale global technology organizations and delivering enterprise technology transformation.
