Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop domestic and international clients for herbal extracts, phytochemicals, nutraceutical, and phytopharmaceutical ingredients.

- Work with R&D;, Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to understand product specifications, applications, efficacy, and technical advantages.

- Support clinical trials/studies, scientific documentation, and communication of clinical evidence to clients.

- Support patent-related activities, including patent searches, prior-art review, technical documentation, and coordination for patent filing.

- Prepare technical presentations, product dossiers, proposals, and customized marketing materials.

- Handle client queries related to composition, certifications, applications, stability, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage leads, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, sales closure, and CRM updates.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars,



conferences, and client meetings.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, clinical developments, and patent landscapes to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy, or related disciplines).
- Strong interest in herbal medicines, nutraceuticals, or natural product sciences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of herbal extract production, analytical techniques (HPLC, TLC), and global regulatory norms is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, globally connected business environment.
