Position: Executive to the CEO – Architecture / Projects

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years

Location: Sahakarnagar, North Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director & CEO and gain hands-on exposure to real estate development, land analysis, project feasibility, design, planning, market research, project proposals and project coordination.

The role is suitable for candidates with a strong interest in architecture, design, planning and real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the CEO in analysing recent land opportunities
- Support preliminary project feasibility studies
- Understand site characteristics and development potential
- Assist in preparing master plans and project concepts
- Prepare project proposals, presentations and reports
- Conduct research on competing projects and the surrounding real estate market
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and vendors
- Review architectural drawings and project plans
- Assist with project documentation and presentations
- Maintain project trackers and follow up on action points
- Assist the CEO with project-related research and coordination

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

- B.Arch

Also considered:





- BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- B.Tech – Design Engineering with strong design and planning capabilities

Required Skills
- Strong design and planning sensibility
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and layouts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- AutoCAD knowledge
- SketchUp / Revit knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Interest in real estate development
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership
- High ownership and willingness to learn
