Job Summary

As an Executive at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and pre-joining follow-ups. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Drive timely closures through effective follow-ups and coordination.
- Support bulk, urgent, and recurring hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in HR; freshers or candidates with 0-1 year recruitment experience.

Requirements

- Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with candidate calls, targets, and rapid-paced hiring.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- High ownership, energy, resilience, and urgency towards closures.
