About the Role
We are seeking energetic and motivated Recruitment Professionals with experience in US IT and Engineering staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing top talent for our US-based clients while building solid candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit IT & Engineering professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and HR interviews.
Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles accordingly.
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with Sales Managers and stakeholders.
Maintain candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer closures.
Ensure adherence to US staffing regulations, recruitment processes, and best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and/or US Engineering Recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
