Total Experience: 4-7yrs.
Job Location: Hassan, Karnataka.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Microbial limit testing (MLT) of bulk drugs, raw materials and finished products etc.
- Daily lab monitoring, Maintenance of Media preparation record, Media stock record, growth promotion test (GPT) record, Media Discard records etc.
- Responsible for water sampling analysis and Validation.
- Non- routine analysis like Disinfectant efficacy tests, MPN Test, Total viable spore count for biological indicators (Ampoule & strips) as well as analyzing the bio load of sampling accessories.
- To implement calibration of Instruments as per the SOP, to ensure the disposal of media cultures as per SOPS
- Ensure the entry of analyzed samples in respective registers.
- Daily and monthly calibration related to group B Instruments.
- Analysis of samples, reporting, checking the reports, records etc.
- Providing support to Quality Manager in the implementation of quality system.
- Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and upkeeping of related documents.
- To ensure GMP and GLP guidelines followed.
- To maintain data for documentation, test procedures and reprocess abnormalities.
- To review and update standard operating procedures.
- Any other work instructed by your reporting authority.
