Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure product quality as per customer and organizational requirements.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

- Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D, Why-Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing processes.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and customer teams for quality improvements.

- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and customer presentations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Work on SAP for quality-related transactions and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Production, Automobile or related discipline)

- Experience: 3 to 8 Years in Automotive / Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry

- Hands-on experience in Customer Quality Management

- Valuable understanding of Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing Processes
