Role Summary The Executive - Quality Control will be responsible for supporting quality control activities at the AAC Blocks manufacturing plant. The role will focus on raw material testing, in-process quality checks, finished product testing, maintaining quality records, and supporting the Production team in maintaining consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic testing of incoming raw materials as per defined procedures.
- Perform regular in-process quality checks during AAC Blocks production.
- Conduct testing of finished AAC Blocks as per defined quality parameters.
- Check product dimensions, density, compressive strength, moisture, and other relevant parameters.
- Collect samples and maintain proper testing and inspection records.
- Identify quality deviations and inform the Senior / Quality In-charge.
- Coordinate with the Production team for corrective actions.
- Maintain daily quality reports and laboratory records.
- Support calibration and proper handling of laboratory equipment.
- Follow defined quality procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with a specialization or academic exposure to Quality Control will be preferred.
Experience & Industry Background
- 0-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
- Freshers with relevant Civil Engineering qualification and interest in manufacturing quality may also be considered.
- Experience or internship exposure in AAC Blocks, RMC, Precast, Concrete, Cement, or Building Materials will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of quality control and testing procedures.

- Basic understanding of MS Excel and documentation.
