About the Role

We are looking for a Product Listing & Website Executive to manage jewellery product uploads, website listings, product information, images, and online catalogue updates.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with product data and website content.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload new jewellery products on the website.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, SKUs, and product codes.
- Add product weight, size, category, pricing, and other relevant information accurately.
- Upload, organize, and manage product images.
- Categorize jewellery products correctly on the website.
- Update existing product listings whenever required.
- Maintain product data in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Check product listings for incorrect information, missing images, spelling mistakes, or pricing errors.
- Ensure recent jewellery collections are uploaded on time.
- Maintain records of uploaded and pending products.
- Assist in updating website categories, collections, banners, and promotional content.
- Write basic and attractive product descriptions.
- Maintain consistency in product names and information across the website.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Inventory teams for product-related information.
- Identify and report website-related issues to the concerned team.




- Ensure all products are listed accurately and professionally.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of product listing and website management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good typing and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of online product catalogues.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple products and SKUs.
- Basic knowledge of image resizing, cropping, and editing will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms will be preferred.
- Previous experience in jewellery or e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Experience Freshers can apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in product listing, e-commerce, catalogue management, or website operations will be preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview performance.

Working Days

Tuesday to Sunday

Monday – Weekly Off

- Timely completion of product listings.
- Accuracy of product information.
- Proper uploading and categorization of products.
- Quality of product descriptions.
- Timely updating of new collections.
- Maintaining accurate product records.
- Minimizing errors in website listings.

Ideal Candidate The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, computer-friendly, quick to learn, and capable of handling product data and website-related tasks efficiently. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
