You will work closely with international customers, distributors, and business partners, identify new markets, develop meaningful business relationships, and contribute directly to our global growth story.

What You'll Do

- Drive international business development by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across global markets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners .
- Respond to international inquiries and ensure timely, professional, and effective follow-ups.
- Prepare compelling quotations, proposals, product presentations, and business offers for overseas clients.
- Conduct virtual product presentations and participate in business meetings with international customers and partners.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Research international markets, emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify avenues for growth.
- Work closely with Regulatory, Production, Logistics,



Customer Support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and promotional events .
- Contribute to and achieve monthly and annual international sales targets.
- Take ownership of assigned markets and continuously explore opportunities to expand the company's global presence.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field .
- 2–5 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of international markets and export business processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills .
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A target-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset .
- Comfortable working in a energetic, fast-paced,



and internationally focused environment.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Supplies .
- Knowledge of international trade documentation and export procedures.
- Experience managing international distributors, tenders, or overseas business partners.
- Exposure to international exhibitions and global B2B business development.
