: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage end-to-end load tracking, carrier operations, and stakeholder communication. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between carriers and customers, ensuring seamless transit, accurate scheduling, prompt billing resolutions, and clear operational reporting.

- Responsibilities: Load Tracking & Execution: Monitor freight movements continuously from initial pickup through final delivery, ensuring real-time visibility and proactive status updates.

- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate directly with customers to secure and confirm pickup and delivery appointments well in advance.

- Route & Transit Optimization: Review transit timelines between multiple pickups, drops, and origin-to-destination routes to ensure realistic timing and minimize delays.

- Carrier Query Management: Investigate and resolve carrier inquiries regarding accessorial charges (e.g., detention, layover, lumper fees).

- System & Financial Processing: Action approved accessorial requests in the operational system and update fee amounts to facilitate accurate, timely accounts payable processing.

- Stakeholder Communication:



Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and email threads with carriers, customers, and internal teams to address operational updates and issues swiftly.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight operations, or supply-chain processes.

- Positive understanding of transportation and shipment lifecycle processes.

- Experience with appointment scheduling, track & trace, and/or accessorial management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to work with TMS, ERP, carrier portals, or logistics platforms.

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, if required by business operations.
