We are hiring for the role of Control Tower Executive for B2B Warehouse Operations on an urgent basis for Gurgaon location.

Salary: Upto 4 LPA

Experience: 2 Years - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Operational MonitoringMonitor daily warehouse operations remotely through ERP/WMS and operational dashboards.
- Track inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Highlight operational exceptions and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.
- System & Process AnalysisPerform detailed analysis of ERP/WMS transactions to identify process deviations and data inconsistencies.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, delayed transactions, and operational exceptions.
- Verify system transactions against process compliance and supporting records.
- Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- MIS & Data AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and charts.
- Maintain operational dashboards and ensure timely reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve warehouse performance.
- AI & Process ImprovementUse AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve reporting, summarize operational data, and identify trends.




- Support automation of recurring reports and operational analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using digital and AI-enabled solutions.
- Inventory & ComplianceMonitor inventory accuracy and transaction integrity.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and process controls.
- Support internal audits, stock reconciliation, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse teams for clarification and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Follow up on corrective actions and track closure.
- Support implementation of recent operational processes and system enhancements.
- Required SkillsGood understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, charts, basic Power Query preferred).
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Educational QualificationGraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Advanced Excel, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
