VS Hospitals req Executive - Billing

- Prepare and process accurate OPD and IPD patient bills as per hospital tariff and approved rates.

- Verify patient details, services availed, charges, discounts, packages, and deposits before generating bills.

- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment modes and provide receipts to patients.

- Coordinate with Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, OT, and other departments to ensure all services are captured in the patient's bill.

- Prepare interim and final bills for IPD patients and coordinate for timely bill settlement.

- Coordinate with Insurance/TPA and Corporate Billing teams for pre-authorization, approvals, and claim-related requirements.

- Verify insurance/TPA documents and ensure necessary documentation is completed before discharge.

- Explain billing details, deposits, outstanding amounts, and settlement procedures to patients and attendants.





- Handle patient billing queries and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the concerned department.

- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of daily collections with the Finance/Cashier team.

- Monitor pending payments, credit bills, and outstanding amounts and escalate overdue cases to the Billing Manager.

- Maintain accurate billing records and update all transactions in the Hospital Information System (HIS).

- Ensure applicable discounts, concessions, refunds, and approvals are processed only as per hospital policy.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information and comply with hospital policies and NABH requirements.

- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management or Reporting Manager from time to time.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
