Key Responsibilities :-

Strategic Execution & Follow-ups:

- Track and drive execution of high-priority business initiatives.
- Convert discussions into structured action plans.
- Ensure cross-functional follow-through across Sales, Operations, Finance, Plant, and Logistics.
- Maintain structured tracking dashboards.

Business & Analytical Support (Optional, but important) :

- Prepare MIS dashboards and management reports.
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis.
- Perform data-driven evaluations (sales, pricing, collections, margins, export performance).
- Support preparation for leadership meetings.

Cross-Functional & External Coordination:

- Interface with key internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with distributors, consultants, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Support execution of expansion projects (new plant initiatives, export development, vendor onboarding, etc.).

Leadership Support :

- Draft structured emails, briefs, and presentations.
- Prepare summaries of complex discussions.
- Maintain high confidentiality in all business matters.




- Ensure clarity in communication and task delegation.

Limited Administrative Coordination:

- Selective calendar management (priority-based).
- Occasional travel coordination.
- Meeting documentation and tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile:-

- 4–8 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Operations, CXO Office, or Consulting roles.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership mindset and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
