About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and proactive Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the advertising industry and understand how brands, campaigns, and creative communication come together.

You will work closely with the Strategy, Account Management, Creative, Design, and Production teams and support the execution of client projects and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the team in developing and executing advertising campaigns.

Support research on brands, competitors, target audiences, and market trends.

Assist with brainstorming ideas, campaign concepts, content ideas, and creative solutions.

Prepare presentations, mood boards, references, and basic campaign documentation.

Support social media and digital advertising initiatives where required.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and observations.

Take on administrative and coordination responsibilities related to ongoing projects.

Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital media.





Creative thinking and an ability to generate ideas.

Good research and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content is an advantage.
