About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Event Management Intern to support our team in planning and executing different types of events such as book launches, stand-up comedy, music evenings, workshops, artist events, community gatherings, and brand events.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn how events are planned, coordinated, promoted, and executed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating events.
- Research and suggest current event ideas, artists, speakers, and performers.
- Coordinate with artists, speakers, vendors, and event partners.
- Assist with event invitations, registrations, and guest coordination.
- Help with venue setup and event-day arrangements.
- Support the team with event promotions and social media coordination.
- Maintain event schedules, checklists, and basic Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist during events and handle on-ground requirements.
- Collect feedback from attendees and prepare basic event reports.
- Support the Event Manager in day-to-day event-related work.

What We Are Looking For




- Fresher or student pursuing Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative and energetic personality.
- Comfortable speaking with artists, vendors, and customers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work on-ground during events, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Someone who is proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
