About Tendr
Tendr is building a platform that makes event planning easier by connecting customers with the right event vendors and services.
We’re looking for Event Coordinators who can become the execution layer between customers, vendors, and Tendr.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer event requirements and help them plan their events
- Coordinate with customers and vendors through chat, calls, and in-person interactions when required
- Assist with home or venue visits for suitable events
- Help bring new events and opportunities to Tendr
- Coordinate vendors and ensure requirements are clearly communicated
- Support event-day execution and troubleshoot last-minute issues
- Take ownership of assigned events from planning to execution
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who enjoys meeting people and being around events
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Comfortable handling last-minute changes and unexpected situations
- Takes ownership and gets things done
- Available for flexible, project-based work
- Students, freshers, freelancers, and people looking to explore event management are welcome
You do NOT need:
- Your own vendor network
- An existing event management company
- Prior professional event-management experience
