Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and well-connected Event Manager to drive events, partnerships, and revenue opportunities for First Coffee.

This role goes beyond event execution. You’ll build relationships, generate business, manage events end-to-end, and create opportunities across corporate events, private celebrations, café events, brand activations, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business through corporate events, office gatherings, weddings, private celebrations, café events, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event planners, wedding planners, agencies, and premium clientele.
- Generate and convert leads through personal networks, partnerships, and proactive outreach.
- Own events end-to-end, from lead generation and pitching to planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.




- Develop corporate partnerships and collaborations that create new revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and a strong guest experience.
- Track leads, conversions, revenue, and event performance.

Qualifications

- 3–8 years of experience in events, hospitality, café/QSR, sales, or business development.
- Strong existing network across corporates, event agencies, wedding planners, and premium clientele.
- Proven ability to generate business through personal and professional relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
