Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Events Manager - Sales & Execution to join our team at Equalifi. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships, closing business deals, and delivering high-impact events that support brand and revenue objectives.

You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and executing strategic events that align with our organizational goals. Your work will directly contribute to driving growth, community engagement, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.

Create customized commercial proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.





Close business deals and manage the client onboarding process.

Maintain a pipeline and database of potential leads and partners.

Assist in annual planning and budgeting to meet financial targets.

Client & Partner Management:

Service and grow existing client and sponsor relationships.

Monitor and manage sponsorship and partnership deliverables and commitments.

Track related expenditure, resource allocation, and assets.

Event Planning & Execution:

Conceptualize and plan events that align with business goals and audience interests.

Develop detailed event strategies including timelines, venues, themes, and formats.

Oversee execution of Equalifi's key events, ensuring operational excellence.

Marketing & Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive event promotions via digital and offline channels.

Assist in developing event promotional materials such as invitations, brochures, and decks.

Capture feedback and analyze event data to assess performance and impact.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in business development, event management, or a related role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
