Location: Delhi / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 10 years to 17 years

Must-Have:

- EUC Platforms: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Autopatch
- VDI & Cloud: AVD, Citrix, Windows 365, Hybrid EUC
- Security: Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access
- Automation: PowerShell, Azure DevOps
- Identity: Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, PIM
- Tools: ServiceNow, SysTrack, Ivanti
- Lead the design and transformation of enterprise-scale End User Computing (EUC) environments
- Drive modern workplace strategy leveraging cloud, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing digital workplace services aligned to business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement EUC architecture roadmap (cloud-first, hybrid, VDI, mobility)
- Design and deploy solutions across:
- Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM




- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, Windows 365
- Lead large-scale transformation programs (legacy → contemporary workplace)
- Own endpoint lifecycle management, device provisioning, and OS upgrades (Windows 10/11)
- Implement endpoint security & Zero Trust controls (Defender, Conditional Access)
- Drive automation and AI adoption (PowerShell, Copilot, DevOps)
- Act as technical SME & escalation point for P1/P2 incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Infra, Service Desk)
- Lead change & release management including CAB governance
- Evaluate and introduce new EUC technologies and solutions
