we are looking Estimation & Billing Engineer – Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Client RFQs – study scope, drawings and specifications

Prepare BOQs and detailed project cost estimates from drawings

Estimation – quantity take-offs, BOQs and project estimates. Maintain costing sheets

Vendor/Subcontractor RFQs – issue enquiries and obtain quotations

Vendor costing – compare quotations, comparison statements, negotiate rates and prepare cost sheets

Client quotation – build up selling price, margins and commercial submissions

Client billing – measurements, RA bills, running bills, measurements/variations and final billing

Cost tracking – compare estimated vs actual/projected costs and highlight variances

Variation/extra work – quantify and price additional works





Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams

Experience

 5-7 years’ experience in BOQ preparation / project costing / RFQs

 Background in interiors, retail fit-outs, fabrication, signage, or construction execution preferred

Skills

 Robust Excel and analytical skills

 Ability to read technical drawings

 Experience with AutoCAD (preferred)

Qualification

 Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
