About the Company The manufacturer has partnered with Flexiple to hire an ERP Support Analyst who can keep production and inventory data clean as more plants go live on the platform. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As ERP Support Analyst, you will resolve tickets from plant and finance teams and keep the ERP's master data accurate as current sites onboard.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Support & Troubleshooting

- Triage and resolve day-to-day ERP tickets across finance, procurement, and inventory modules
- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, and master data within the ERP without custom code
- Coordinate with functional owners to test and roll out patches and module updates

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards for business users




- Document recurring issues and turn them into self-serve knowledge-base articles
- Flag process gaps to the ERP lead and help scope small enhancement requests

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years supporting an ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, or a comparable system) in a live production environment
- Working knowledge of at least one core module — finance, procurement, or supply chain
- Able to translate a business user's complaint into a precise, reproducible ticket
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- A relevant ERP module certification
- Exposure to a prior ERP version upgrade or module rollout
