Responsibility

· Understand the project needs, give demonstration to the end-user & convert the lead

· Travelling work for Implementation purpose will be there in Ahmedabad outside of Ahmedabad also.

· Field work, sales & marketing work, travelling.

· Have to do ERP implementation and provide training to clients,

· Should have to be present in every product Exhibition.

· Build and promote solid and long-lasting relationships with clients,

· Provide software technical Support and training on calls and remote/online,

· Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement,

· Have to attend training sessions.

· Solving assigned tasks based on the estimated time,

· Generate daily work report

· Reporting to the Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader on daily basis.

· Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance
