Synopsis:

COVORO is expanding its ERP consulting capabilities and is looking for an experienced, solution-oriented ERP SME with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The role will involve business-process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, functional configuration, implementation, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and client consulting.

Who you are:

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and solution-oriented Oracle Fusion professional who can work closely with customers, internal teams, and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into practical Oracle Fusion solutions and taking ownership of functional/system consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP functional and system requirements.

- Act as the Oracle Fusion ERP Subject Matter Expert for client and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, process discussions, demonstrations, and solution reviews.

- Analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle Fusion-based solutions.

- Support Oracle Fusion implementation, functional configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

- Support modules, workflows, approvals, reports, and business processes based on approved requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.

- Coordinate with development, integration, QA, support, and implementation teams.

- Support integrations with third-party applications, APIs, payment systems, tax platforms, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

- Perform functional testing, UAT support, issue analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Conduct product demonstrations and support pre-sales and solution-consulting activities.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.

- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP releases, capabilities,



integrations, and implementation best practices.

ERP-Specific Expertise

Solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with hands-on knowledge in one or more core areas such as Financials, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, Project Management, Fixed Assets, Reporting & Analytics, workflows/approvals, integrations, functional configuration, data migration, and implementation support.

Key Skills & Competencies

- 4–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP consulting, implementation, functional support, business analysis, or ERP system consulting.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, ERP architecture, workflows, and integrations.

- Excellent requirement-gathering and business-process analysis skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.

- Strong understanding of Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, or related processes.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience with functional configuration, testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and support.

- Experience with Oracle integrations, REST APIs, and third-party systems.

- Experience with data migration and enterprise system integration.

- Experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, e-Invoicing, or compliance solutions.

- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or product demonstrations.

- Knowledge of automation and AI-enabled business processes.

- Relevant Oracle certification is an advantage.

- Experience with UAE, Oman, Malaysia, or other international markets is an advantage.

Pay: ₹428,783.06 - ₹1,693,109.12 per year
