We are looking for an experienced ERP & AI Implementation Executive with strong hands-on experience in ERP systems and AI tools. The candidate will be responsible for ERP implementation, process automation, AI integration and improving business processes across departments.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ERP experience – Mandatory
- Hands-on AI experience – Mandatory
- Claude AI experience – Mandatory
- Candidate must have practical experience using Claude for business/process automation or productivity
- Good knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering and AI-based workflow automation
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization and user support
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the company's ERP system.
- Understand business requirements and configure ERP modules accordingly.
- Coordinate with ERP developers/vendors for customization and implementation.
- Identify manual and repetitive processes and automate them using AI and ERP workflows.
- Use Claude AI for:
- Business process automation
- Data analysis
- Report generation
- Documentation
- Content/workflow creation
- Process improvement
- AI-assisted decision support
- Identify opportunities to integrate Claude and other AI tools with ERP processes.
- Develop effective prompts and AI workflows for different departments.
- Analyse ERP data and prepare management reports.
- Support Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Finance, HR and CRM modules.
- Train employees on ERP and AI-based workflows.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Test and implement new ERP features and AI solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP workflows, AI processes and system changes.
