Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced WD Adaptive Planning (EPM) Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and be capable of understanding business requirements, configuring planning models, developing reports, and supporting integrations.

Key Responsibilities-

- Implement, configure, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Gather business requirements related to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Design and develop planning models, sheets, dimensions, versions, and assumptions.
- Configure financial planning and forecasting processes in Adaptive Planning.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
- Work on data loading, data integration, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within Adaptive Planning.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A;, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Provide production support and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience-




- 7+ years of overall IT/functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights.
- Experience in EPM, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Robust understanding of financial models, planning processes, and reporting.
- Experience in designing and configuring Adaptive Planning models.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, dimensions, sheets, and versions.
- Knowledge of data integration and data management within Adaptive Planning.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Skills-
- Workday Financials knowledge.
- Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with ERP/financial systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and ETL/data integration concepts.
- Experience working with global Finance/FP&A; teams.
- Prior experience in Adaptive Planning implementation and support projects.

Candidate Profile- The ideal candidate is a Workday Adaptive Planning specialist with strong EPM/FP&A; domain knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Adaptive Planning solutions.

Must Have: Workday Adaptive Planning (EPM) Consultant experience
