Role Description The Equity Advisor role at Jainam is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Equity

Advisor will engage with clients daily to understand their financial goals, explain equity products, and provide recommendations aligned with their risk profile and investment horizon.

Responsibilities include tracking market movements, analyzing individual stocks and sectors, preparing investment proposals, and assisting clients with portfolio rebalancing. The role also involves responding to client queries, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on research insights, regulatory changes, and current offerings, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and advice provided.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust, manage client expectations, and communicate complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of investments and finance, including equity markets, basic valuation concepts, and risk-return principles.
- Sales skills with the ability to identify client needs, present suitable products, and support conversion and retention activities.
- Experience or competence in portfolio management, such as monitoring holdings, diversifying exposure, and recommending adjustments based on market conditions.
