Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on building and scaling new initiatives within Vaidyiq’s digital Ayurveda ecosystem. The EIR will identify high-impact opportunities, validate business ideas, and lead experiments to shape new products, services, or business lines. This role involves conducting market and user research, defining value propositions, creating go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams to execute pilots and launches.

The EIR will track key metrics, refine strategies based on data and feedback,



and prepare business cases and investor-ready narratives as needed. Day-to-day work is highly entrepreneurial, with responsibility for owning outcomes, driving cross-functional alignment, and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding, scaling, or leading early-stage initiatives; solid ownership, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Business and strategy skills, including market analysis, opportunity sizing, business modeling, and go-to-market planning.
- Product and customer-focused skills, such as user research, hypothesis testing, MVP design, and iterative experimentation.
- Operational and execution capabilities, including project management, process design, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical and communication skills, including data-driven decision-making, clear written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.
- Prior experience in healthtech, consumer internet, or digital platforms is highly beneficial; familiarity or interest in Ayurveda and wellness is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with diverse teams, and thrive in a mission-driven, fast-moving startup environment.
