About Kalvium Business School (KBS)

Kalvium Business School is a category-of-one undergraduate "Succession School" for business families. We don't train job-seekers — our product is a capable successor. Our students don't chase placements; their placement is their own family enterprise, which they learn to run, modernise with AI, and grow.

We're tackling India's $1.5T next-gen wealth transition crisis head-on, backed by an elite network of tech unicorn founders — including from Flipkart, PhonePe, CRED, and Zerodha.

KBS is part of the Kalvium group, an AI-native work-integrated higher education platform operating across 20 NAAC-accredited university partners in India.

A Note on This Opening

This role is open again — the person we originally hired for it has since moved on. We're looking for the right builder to pick up where that chapter left off and take KBS from 0 to 1 on the ground.

The Role

- You'll work directly with the CEO to set up shop and run the show — building KBS's go-to-market, admissions, and family-relationship engine from scratch. Specifically,



you will:
- Drive top-of-funnel GTM campaigns and launch community content series to build the KBS brand among business families
- Own and manage the admissions pipeline end-to-end, from lead to enrolled family
- Build and maintain operational relationships with enrolling families
- Liaise with the Family Business Council on programme design and community engagement
- Coordinate day-to-day structures and operations with true startup agility — no playbook, build it as you go

Who You Are

- Background: A B-School background is preferred, but not mandatory
- Founder's mindset: Entrepreneurs and 0-to-1 builders are welcome and will thrive here
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You'd rather build the structure than wait for one

Requirements

- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Coimbatore
- Ready to work in a founding-team, high-ownership environment
- Working knowledge of Tamil is essential
- Work Experience - 1 to 4 years
- Open to all academic backgrounds
