Mode: Online

Hourly Rate: Rs. 275–400 per hour (based on experience, curriculum expertise, and performance)

Working Hours

Preferred Availability: US, Canada , UAE, and Middle East Time Zone Classes

Flexible teaching hours based on student requirements.

About edvi edvi is an online education platform providing personalized 1-to-1 tutoring for students studying international curriculums, including IB, Cambridge, British, American, UAE MOE, and other global education systems. Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 based on your subject expertise and experience.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centred online lessons.
- Teach English Language, English Literature, English as a First Language, Second Language, or English as a Foreign Language based on student requirements.
- Support students in reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, creative writing, and language development.
- Teach English Literature, including prose, poetry, drama, literary analysis, and essay writing, where applicable.
- Prepare students for school assessments, examinations, curriculum objectives, and language proficiency goals.
- Support students with academic writing, essay structure, comprehension, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, assessments,



and engaging learning activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that builds students' confidence and communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience teaching English to school students.
- Experience teaching English Language and/or English Literature is preferred.
- Experience with international curriculums such as Cambridge, British, IB, American, UAE MOE, or similar is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and online classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach students across different age groups and learning levels.
- Experience preparing students for international curriculum assessments and examinations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Requirements Laptop or desktop with a reliable high-speed internet connection.





Webcam and headset with good audio quality.

Pen tablet, tablet, or iPad for interactive teaching
