Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage EPC projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to achieve project goals, providing guidance on technical aspects and resolving issues as needed.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against targets; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 15-18 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry with expertise in EPC project management.

- Robust understanding of EPC project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & control processes.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects involving complex systems integration (e.g., refineries).

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
