Job Summary

Lead all engineering, safety, security, HSE, and AMC operations at Client Site in Mumbai, MH, ensuring contract, statutory, and service excellence as required by the Master Service Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all technical operations, maintenance, and uptime for site systems (MEP, HVAC, fire/life safety, BMS, DG, lifts, water); regularly review asset health, preventive schedules, and system performance.

- Oversee security: guard deployment, access control, CCTV, alarms, visitor and asset management; ensure prompt incident handling and compliance with security procedures.

- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and client HSE standards- including labour, fire, EHS, DG, lifts, FSSAI, and environment laws- with audit-ready documentation, registers, and timely statutory submissions.

- Develop and enforce SOPs for technical, safety, and emergency operations; lead BCP preparedness, drill execution, and staff HSE/safety training.

- Coordinate AMC vendor partners: validate contract compliance, oversee maintenance delivery, schedule PMs and repairs, review service reports, and close findings.

- Manage contractors and service providers: qualification, safety plan checks, EHS document control,



ongoing monitoring, and corrective actions.

- Conduct regular technical, safety, and risk audits; investigate incidents and drive action closure.

- Submit all compliance, audit, incident, and performance reports accurately and on time; maintain operational and technical records as per contract.

- Drive sustainability, technology adoption, and service improvements in engineering, HSE, and security areas.

- Collaborate with Facility Manager, site leaders, vendors, and client stakeholders to address goals, priorities, procurement, and budget discipline for technical and security needs.

Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering or similar; 5+ years in engineering, HSE, or FM leadership.

- Skilled in technical, safety, AMC/vendor, audit/documentation management; solid reporting and digital FM tool proficiency.
