ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the Engineering Team in monitoring day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
- Support Site Engineers in supervising civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Assist in checking and monitoring activities related to RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction works.
- Participate in site inspections and report observations to the reporting manager.
- Assist in maintaining daily work progress and preparing basic site-related reports.
- Support measurement, quantity verification, and material requirement activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in maintaining site documentation, drawings, checklists, and records. Learn and follow established safety, quality, and engineering procedures.
- Participate in project review meetings and site coordination activities as required. Gain exposure to the overall construction lifecycle of a large-scale real estate project.
