Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain plant equipment and utilities.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and EHS teams.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.
- Prepare maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
- Good knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of safety and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance-related systems.
