Role & responsibilities

- Current mould development projects from RFQ to production handover.

- Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and provide tooling recommendations.

- Prepare mould concepts, specifications, and technical requirements.

- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers during tool development.

- Review mould designs and give recommendations

- Monitor & follow up with supplier for mould manufacturing.

- Track project milestones and ensure on time mould delivery.

- Plan and execute mould trials validation activities.

- Analyze trial results and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct Tool Audit at Moulding supplier location

- Monitor Preventive Maintenance of moulds. Give technical assistance to supplier

- Maintain mould development records, trial reports and technical documentation

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 7 years of experience in injection mould development, Mould manufacturing, or plastic product manufacturing.

- He/She should know the mould manufacturing process flow, plastic material, Engineering drawing reading knowledge , mould maintenance .
