Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated AI-Assisted Automation Engineer to drive quality engineering and automation initiatives across Android and iOS platform across AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools to accelerate test design, automation development, validation, and quality insights while maintaining a strong customer-centric quality focus.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in automation, mobile platforms, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity,



scalability, and release quality.

Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies, test plans, and automation solutions.

- Develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications.

- Utilize AI-assisted tools and Agentic AI capabilities to accelerate test design, automation development, test execution, and quality reporting.

- Execute and support validation activities across mobile applications, ecosystem integrations, and connected experiences.

- Develop automated test suites covering functional, regression, integration, and user centric scenarios.

- Analyze test results, investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work with development teams to drive resolution.

- Contribute to quality metrics, release readiness activities, risk identification, and defect management for assigned programs.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities.

- Coordinate testing and automation activities with less experienced team members when required.

- Contribute to process improvements and automation best practices within the team.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery.





- Deliver a user-centric quality approach focused on real-world customer experiences and product reliability.

Required Qualifications

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test, Automation Engineering, or Quality Engineering.

- Robust programming skills in Python.

- Experience with SQL and database validation.

- Strong experience in Android and iOS application testing and automation.

- Hands-on experience with device automation frameworks and mobile test automation tools.

- Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design, and defect lifecycle management.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-assisted development, testing, and automation platforms.

- Experience using Agentic AI or GenAI technologies for quality engineering workflows.

- Exposure to IoT ecosystem validation and connected device testing.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based test infrastructure.

- Understanding of Agile and DevOps development practices.
