Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

- Adherence to daily Production plan

- Effective Manpower utilisation to achieve daily production target

- Ensure material availability on line

- Highlighting concerns related to Material / manpower/machine
- To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line
- To minimize rework / rejection on line

- Guide / operate machines online when required
- To do Minor machine breakdown / sets as per plan
- To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities

- Ensure proper PPE usages by line operators

- Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection etc
- To do Kaizens to improve productivity
- To educate / train / guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line
- To support in implementation of TPM &
- MSES A activities

- Any other task entrusted by your seniors

- Robotic Teaching -Yashkawa Robot

- Weld Shop Production Experince

- Daily Productivity (Plan Vs Actual)

- OEE (Desired Vs Achieved)

- FTT (First Time Right)

- Safety-Zero Incidents / Accidents

- MSES System (JH, TPM, TQM)
