- Analyze complex technical information related to chemical formulations, processes, and products to determine patentability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chemists, engineers, and attorneys to develop strategies for protecting intellectual property rights.
- Provide expert testimony in court proceedings regarding infringement issues related to pharmaceuticals.
Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Solid understanding of patent laws and regulations governing the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough prior art searches using specialized software tools like Prior Art Search (FTO) or PatentScope.
