- Operate chemical/special process lines as per SOP and Work Instructions.
- Load and unload aerospace components using proper racks and fixtures.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, time, pH, concentration, current, and voltage.
- Maintain process records and batch traceability.
- Perform visual and in-process inspection.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming parts.
- Follow chemical handling, PPE, and EHS procedures.
- Report process deviations, chemical issues, and equipment abnormalities.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
- Achieve production targets without compromising quality and safety.
- Support chemical bath maintenance and process control activities.
- Follow aerospace quality requirements and customer specifications.
