We're looking for an Engineer I to join our Systems Tools and Methods team, where you'll help develop the frameworks and tools that enable scalable, reliable system development. What will you do?
- Support the development and maintenance of system engineering tools and methodologies that drive efficient product development
- Assist in managing model-based systems engineering environments and requirements management platforms
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot tool-related issues and optimize workflows
- Contribute to automated validation frameworks and digital twin environments that enhance design decision-making
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Model Based Systems Engineering — developing level; supporting MBSE tool environments and modeling frameworks
- Problem Solving — developing level; applying structured approaches to troubleshoot tool and process challenges
- Requirements Analysis — foundational level; understanding how requirements flow through system development tools
- Design Patterns — foundational level; recognizing reusable solutions within engineering frameworks
- System Integration — foundational level; supporting integration of tools and methodologies across teams
- Debugging — foundational level; identifying and resolving issues within engineering tool environments
