As a Engineering Costing and sourcing Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the GES Team handling Engineering costing and sourcing activities for IMG, working closely with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Estimation, and Program Management. This role is critical to the product development cycle, supporting cost governance from Program Start through Job 1. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting program cost status including Risks & Opportunities (R&O;), leading financial trade-off discussions with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) and partnering with suppliers and internal Cost Estimation teams to establish accurate cost estimates for engineering changes.

Additionally, you will support sourcing strategy execution, verify supplier Engineering Design & Testing (ED&T;) scope against the Engineering Statement of Work (ESOW), and track Tooling and Purchase Order (PO) updates for key stakeholders. Beyond the core costing and sourcing scope, you will play an active role in modernizing team operations by leveraging Python, Power BI, and basic AI techniques to automate manual trackers, reports, and analyses — driving measurable efficiency and value addition for the team.
